Facilities at Leavesden Green Community Hub

Leavesden Green Community Hub is a modern, accessible activity and meeting venue. It is ideal for any occasion with a range of rooms available to hire, including a main hall, small hall, meeting rooms and therapy room. It is fitted with two fully equipped kitchens, outdoor seating facilities and a limited number of parking spaces to be used by hall hirers.

We offer a discount for registered charities and block bookings of six or more dates.

Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment is made. A one-off fee of £30 may apply for a key-holding company to lock/unlock the hall when it is used outside of normal business hours – this fee is doubled on bank holidays.

Large Hall

Capacity: 150 people
Pricing: £21.00-£51.00 per hour

The large hall is ideal for any type of activity, particularly exercise classes, large parties and events for groups of up to 150 people (100 seated). The hall comes with the use of the communal kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge, water urn, kettle, and also has a hatch that opens into the large hall.

Small Hall

Capacity: 35 people

The small hall is perfect for children’s activities, small parties and events. The hall is suitable for groups of up to 35 people (25 seated), and comes with the use of the small kitchen which includes an oven, fridge and kettle. It also has a serving hatch that opens into the small hall.

Meeting room 1 is suitable for meetings of 10-12 people. Meeting-style furniture is provided, along with free Wi-Fi and a TV screen with HDMI connection. There is also a kitchenette within the room, which includes a tea and coffee station, kettle and fridge.

A flexible space suitable for educational activities, training and meetings of up to 20 people. Complete with formal furniture and a TV screen with HDMI connection. The room also includes a tea and coffee station, thermal flasks and access to the communal kitchen.

Therapy Room

Capacity: 4 people
Pricing: £14.00-£20.00 per hour

The therapy room is suitable for therapy or counselling sessions. Appropriate furniture is supplied, as well as free Wi-Fi and use of the kitchen upon request.
